Holiday Closure Notice
Please be advised that our office and warehouse will be closed from Friday, December 20th, 2024 and will re-open on Monday, January 6th, 2025.
During this period, no orders will be processed or shipped. Any orders placed during the closure will be processed and shipped once we return on January 6th, 2025.
We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we wish you a wonderful Christmas Season!
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– In the original packaging.
– Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Customised items are not eligible for returns due to the nature of these products.
Due to health and safety regulations in Australia, some products cannot be accepted for returns, these include, but are not limited to:
Hairbrushes, hair accessories, razors, shaving brushes, hair chemicals and dyes, shaving creams, gels, waxes and personal items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The warranty of electrical goods is the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Barbers Supply will not be liable for any fault which does not comply with manufacturer warranty. The goods will need to be returned/inspected by the manufacturer for assessment.
