Holiday Closure Notice

Please be advised that our office and warehouse will be closed from Friday, December 20th, 2024 and will re-open on Monday, January 6th, 2025.

During this period, no orders will be processed or shipped. Any orders placed during the closure will be processed and shipped once we return on January 6th, 2025.

Delivery Information

We offer three delivery options for your convenience:

Local pick up: You can choose to collect your order directly from our warehouse. This option allows you to save on shipping costs and provides immediate access to your barber and hairdressing supplies.

Courier delivery: We provide the option to have your order delivered to your preferred address through our trusted courier partners. This allows for fast and reliable delivery right to your doorstep.

Australia Post delivery: If you prefer using Australia Post services, we can arrange for your order to be shipped through their network. This option is great for those who trust Australia Post for their deliveries or prefer using their specific services.

The cost of delivery will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination. During the checkout process, you will be provided with accurate shipping cost estimates for each available delivery option. This way, you can choose the one that best suits your needs and budget.

The delivery time will depend on the delivery option you choose and your location. Here are the estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Pick up in-store: Your order will be available for collection at our store within 1-2 business days after the purchase.
  • Courier delivery: Delivery times typically range between 2-5 business days, depending on your location within our delivery network.
  • Australia Post delivery: Delivery times vary based on Australia Post’s service standards for your particular location.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

At the moment, we only offer delivery within Australia. We do not provide international shipping services. However, we are continuously exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to serve customers outside of Australia in the future.

Once your order has been placed, it may not be possible to change the delivery option. However, if you have any concerns or require assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. They will do their best to help you with your request.
